Our story is one of family, our traditions and our drive to continuously progress and improve. ‘Carrara’ is an old family name passed down from our roots in the scenic town of Lucca in Tuscany, Italy.
In Tuscany, life moves slow and people like to do things the old-fashioned way. We carry this ethos into our coffee – we take the time to source our beans from the best farms and estates in the world and then we take the time to roast it to perfection using traditional methods. We roast in small batches to ensure a high quality product. So with every cup of Carrara, you'll taste that Italian sense of passion, pride and authenticity.
