Dimora is our house blend here at Carrara. It is a beautifully balanced, versatile coffee. It is roasted on the lighter side of medium to avoid any bitter flavours, allowing the sweetness to come through.

We roast fresh batches of coffee daily at our Roastery. After placing your order, your coffee will usually be delivered within 2-3 days. Alternatively you can pick up your coffee – just select Local Pick-Up when you checkout.
